Introducing the Wiki - (TecHKnow)

- Before you begin there are a few things to do.
- Take a look around the wiki to familiarise yourself with the layout of the place and how we do things.
- Learn how to create or edit an article by reading the Help:Editing pages.
- Practice what you have learn't in our Sandbox area. Don't worry about making mistakes - we all do this!
- If you have any problems then visit our Forums area were experienced wiki colleagues will be pleased to advise or help you.
- When you are ready to begin, think of a suitable topic area that you are familiar with and write about it!!
- How do I start or create an article?
This is really easy! The best way to create your article is to simply use the search facility on the left hand pane and enter the subject title of your article. Keep it short and simple. If the article does not exist then you will be invited to create the article yourself. Once you have done this you quite literally start of with a blank page....and away you go! If the article does exist then consider trying to improve the article - do not try to replace or re-write it!
