What I think we all need is an App or an advisor to whom/which you can state what storage space you have i.e.how many cupboards etc and it/they would tell you which cupboard to put everything in. When you try to work it out yourself you seem to end up with two things left over which shouldn't be stored together with nowhere else to go except in the same cupboard. In which case I have a tendency just to put them on different shelves! Luckily I don't think the people who come and check are really experts in the subject.

Perhaps the same people who could come and do a storage plan could also fit stills! Wonder if there is anything else we could add to the job to make it full time.

That's easy. Put them in cupboards/ drawers etc labelled "Minutes of Health & Safety meetings", "Biohazardous waste for disposal", "Dissected eyes 1956 -", "Wit and Wisdom of Senior Management", "Thank you cards from SLT" - I'm sure you can think of others.
